basic package
This is the basic new web site. My vanilla package is a site template with 5 pages and a contact page. I can add on as many pages as you want for additional cost. The price is very reasonable as the hard work is already done. Prices vary due to the vastly different requirements of each client. I am currently building my portfolio, so prices are insanely low at the moment. A five page site with contact page is $375.
The success of a project depends on cooperation between the client and myself. I can make the most attractive web site the world has ever seen (just ask me), but without the content provided by the client, no one will ever visit the site. My vision of a site may differ from the clients, so communication throughout the whole process is essential.
Pricing depends on whether you own your domain already and a host of other variables. Please contact me so we can figure it out.
makeover
This is probably the easiest service for the client as the content is already on the net. The workload is squarely on my shoulders. Once I get the template down and the client approves it, I can fly through the rest of the site.

house for sale?
Make your house stand out! I would love to put together an attractive site that shows off the house you are selling. Most of the commercial real estate sites have horrible sites that show houses in a boring, unattractive environment. A nice site connected to your on-line listing will showcase your house and contrast it with the competition. For $200 I will design a complete site around the pictures you send and description you supply. I will also host it for six months, and from then in six month increments at $40 each.
forums/bulletin boards/message boards
Forums help you to create a community around your web site. They allow people to communicate with others in an open environment tailored to people with similar interests. I can easily set up a forum on your site and customize it to your preferences. If you own your domain already, a simple bulletin board set-up is $50.
galleries
A picture is worth a thousand words. If you are selling something, let people see it. If your organization is up to something, let people experience it through the web. Galleries make it possible to enrich your site easily, a more interesting site is a more visited site.
An effective gallery can be a tricky thing. Pictures must be optimized for the web, striking a balance between quality and download speed. Galleries should also be easy to use and quick to get around.

Attaining your own domain (internet address) is a daunting process to the inexperienced. So, let me do it for you! I can easily host your site for you and save you all of the hassle. I can host a modest site for a $15 dollar set-up and as little as $10 a month from then on.
